Products in the Open Box category include:Display Units — products that were used as demonstration devices in a retail store. They may show signs of use such as scuffs, scratches, damaged packaging, or reduced battery capacity. However, the product remains fully functional and in proper working condition.Returned Devices — products that were previously purchased and returned by customers. Such devices may have been activated and may be supplied in opened packaging.Service Devices — products that were previously returned by customers and have undergone repair or refurbishment at a service center.Before the sale is completed, the customer is provided, in a clear and accessible manner, with information that the product has previously been used, served as a display unit, or has undergone repair to correct defects, as well as information regarding its condition and package contents.

Display units are not covered by a warranty and, in the event of a malfunction, repairs are carried out at the customer's expense, except in cases provided for by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 221-I dated April 26, 1996, “On Consumer Protection”.
