Product Exchange and Return
General Conditions
iSpace store guarantees you an exchange or return of goods within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided the item has not been used and retains its original appearance, consumer properties, packaging, seals, and labels.
Return Conditions
- Return of goods in proper condition
- Return of defective goods
- Refunds for individuals
When paying by online card
The customer must visit any iSpace store to process the return. If all return conditions are met, the funds will be refunded to the customer's bank account.
When paying in cash
The customer must visit the store where the payment was made. If all return conditions are met, the refund will be issued at the store.
When purchasing on credit/installment
The customer must visit the iSpace store and obtain return confirmation. Then, contact the bank managers where the credit or installment was issued to terminate the agreement. After the return is processed, the amount will be refunded to the customer's account or the bank's account. The refund will be made within 5 banking days from the date of application.
Important
Exchange and return of goods in proper condition are only available for individuals and are carried out in accordance with the current Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Consumer Protection".
Warranty Conditions
List of non-returnable goods:
- Goods with incomplete packaging
- Goods damaged due to improper use after purchase
- Goods with broken single-use packaging
- Subscriber devices with SIM card support (mobile phones, tablets, kids' watches, Wi-Fi routers)
Pre-order Conditions on the iSpace Website
- The price listed on the website for pre-order items is indicative and may change upon delivery to Uzbekistan.
- The delivery time may vary depending on product availability at the nearest warehouse.
- All details can be obtained from the manager at the time of placing the pre-order.
- Prepayment for goods not physically located in Uzbekistan does not fix the price. The final price is determined on the day the goods are received by iSpace. When placing a pre-order, the customer pays part of the amount as a guarantee of future purchase. Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must pay the remaining amount.
