Service Base Pack;

Diagnosis and technical inspection of the iPad/iPhone device - up to 5 times;

Removing contamination from iPhone/iPad (cleaning speaker/microphone screens, charging port without opening the device) using the service up to 3 times;

Repair out of turn (if there is a spare part, the repair is carried out on the same day, if there is no spare part, the arrival is expected) once;

On-site repair: specialist visit or device delivery to service center.

Note: 1 device/Package can be purchased only in a single receipt with the product/The included Service Base package is used once on the day of purchase/In case of non-warranty repair, the cost of repair and the cost of spare parts are additionally paid/The package is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
