The iSpace store guarantees you an exchange or return of the product within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, if it has not been used and its presentation, consumer properties, packaging, seals, and labels have been preserved.

When paying with an online card:
The buyer must go to any iSpace store to process the return of the goods. If all conditions for returning the goods are met, the funds will be refunded to the buyer’s bank account.
When paying in cash:
In this case, the buyer needs to visit the store where the payment was made. If all conditions for returning the goods are met, the refund will be made in the store.
When purchasing on credit/installments:
The buyer must go to any iSpace store and receive a return confirmation from the store. Then contact the managers of the bank where the loan or installment plan was issued to terminate the agreement. After the return is completed, the amount will be returned to the buyer’s bank account, or to the bank account where the purchase was made. Refunds will be made within 5 banking days from the date of application.
Exchange and return of goods of proper quality is possible only for individuals, and is carried out in accordance with the current Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”.

List of goods that cannot be returned
According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, the following categories of goods are not subject to return/exchange:
1. Incomplete goods
2. Products that have received defects after purchase due to improper use
3. Products with damaged disposable packaging
4. Subscriber devices with support for SIM cards (mobile phones, tablets, children's watches, Wi-Fi routers)
